• For digital products or courses: Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

• Services that have already been rendered (e.g., completed consulting sessions).
• Customized training materials, reports, or documents that have been delivered.
• Digital products where more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
